2014 will mark the 22nd year for the Paper Industry International Hall of Fame and the 20th Induction Ceremony.

New for 2014 – Menu Options
For this year’s Induction Dinner guests will have the option of selecting from three different menu items.
- Bistro Steak - with demi glaze and topped with leek straws. Served with salad, potatoes, rolls and butter.
- Ancho Chili-Rubbed Atlantic Salmon - chili rubbed pan-seared salmon fillet garnished with fresh pineapple and scallions, served with salad, potatoes, rolls and butter.
- Teriyaki Vegetable Stir-Fry - fresh seasonal vegetables stir-fried with ginger, garlic, scallions and teriyaki sauce served over white rice and garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
